All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote areas)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas). Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
- Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
- Tracking information will be provided for all international shipments
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Batteries (due to safety regulations)
- Custom products (e.g., “Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) Nismo – Custom”)
- Opened electronics (Motors, ESCs, Receivers)

Step 2: Ship Your Item

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Mark package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- We don’t cover return shipping or original shipping costs
